Hello everyone, I’m Ludovica a passionate Rocket Yoga teacher based in Lecce, my beloved city in the heart of Salento. (Lecce, ITALY)

I left my permanent job to teach yoga. I come from the world of dance. I continue to constantly train myself; I have completed the 100 hours of Rocket training, but I also teach vinyasa and hatha. Soon, I will also be teaching Raja vinyasa yoga.”

I am certified with an intensive 100-hour course under the enlightening guidance of Ambra Vallo, an extraordinary mentor who has enriched my understanding of the yoga practice. Her teachings have shaped my dynamic and stimulating approach to Rocket Yoga, a variant that captivated me for its intensity and ability to challenge both physical and mental limits.
