Micaela Nortadas Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Lita in Portugal 2025

I’m Miki (long version Micaela), born in Portugal but forever with a huge call to feel the world.
Since I could walk until my 24y, ballet was my life. Yoga knocked my door around that time, bringing something so similar: the discipline, the silent presence, the hidden strenght required in softness, the awareness, the focus, the creativity – the way to express myself. Yet, yoga carried something quite special, different and needed: I had no longer to be perfect, reminding that I’m enough and beyond the physical body was a whole new world (literally in a mat – Aladin knew it).
I never aimed to be a yoga teacher. I was the quiet one, attentively observing and trying not to get noticed. But the true is that I’m indeed full of dreams & questions, with an endless will to learn.
Teaching was a calling that happened naturally – when I noticed it was happening already. Rooted in Hatha & Vinyasa, the studies continued to Prenatal, Power, Rocket, Hot Yoga… My classes blend all the knowledge I received from my teachers, from the tradition and from my own sadhana.
My commitment is to make everyone feel seen, supported and loved, honoring the lineage – as joy as the most foundational aspect of yoga.
