Alice Ridley

Alice is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RTY 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher and Progressive Ballet Technique (PHT) instructor and has been teaching Rocket since 2021.

Her teachers include Leon London, Marcus Veda, Dulce Mandala and David Swenson.

Alice’s classes are fun and accessible, with a focus on alignment and compassion, providing a safe space for students to challenge themselves and discover their inner rocket!

Alice lives and works in London and is available for teaching positions, cover classes, one-to-ones and workshops.
