Amanda Formisano

Amanda has trained in Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga with Marcus Veda and Hannah Whittingham and Yin Yoga with Norman Blair. She is also a pilates teacher and avid rock climber with a love of the outdoors. Music has always been fundamental to her physical and mental wellbeing and her Rocket Yoga classes focus on strong and steady flows that help balance the body, still the mind and stir the spirit.
