I’m interested in the history of modern postural yoga, and try to respect the origins of the Rocket practice in my teaching – you can expect my classes to offer a blend of modern and traditional elements weaved into a strong asana sequence

I was properly introduced to Rocket in February 2024 through my friend and teacher Leon London, who remains my primary asana teacher
