I am a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist (MSc) and BSc Psychology Graduate.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I’ve been lucky enough to learn from some incredible teachers, developing my practice and finally finding my home in Rocket with some twists and turns through Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

Ashtanga and Rocket have given me a space in which I could go deeper in the practice. The space to really tune into what I need and to test the boundaries of what my body can do. There is no joy like finding you are capable of so much more than you thought and this resilience and confidence continues off the mat. It’s such an honour to share this practice with my students and see them go through the same process.
