Yoga found me in my early twenties. It was a necessity to escape a busy London life- an hour or so a day of peace and clarity, my moving meditation.

Since my first teacher training, my practice has transcended beyond just the physical. For me, it is a way of life. As a teacher and facilitator, I am passionate about sharing the transformative and healing aspects of this holistic practice.

My first training was with Yogahaven under Toni Roberts, Allie Hill and Stewart Heffernan. Soon after graduating I had a chance encounter with a man called Marcus Veda, having met him mid class- upside down in Urdva Dhanurasana. A few weeks after that (with much persuasion) he dragged me to his Rocket class in Peckham and I’ve never looked back.

I did my Rocket trainings with David Kyle in London and Barcelona and have gone on to assist those very trainings that I loved so much. I have done further study with Dulce Agular and Jamie Clarke of the Yoga People, Clare Gates-Sjöblom and Laurent Roure.

I am a drama school graduate and worked as an actor for my first career and hospitality for my second. Creativity, community (and food) is always at the heart of my work. More recently I have gone into academia. I study Psychoanalysis at The Tavistock and Portman. I am interested in how the embodied principles of yoga can aid with both physical and mental well being as well as trauma and anxiety.
