Ingrid’s Yoga journey began when she was thirteen years old. By the age of seventeen, she joined her first 200-hour Yoga teacher training and started sharing the practice with close friends and family, while pursuing a career in advertising.

After a decade in the corporate world, she chose in 2020 to change paths and dedicate herself fully to the spiritual practice of Yoga. In 2023, Ingrid moved to London to deepen her studies and expand her practice in a new country. Since then, she has continued to learn and train with renowned teachers such as Saraswathti Jois, David Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, Scott Johnson, and Danny Paradise.

To Ingrid, Yoga is a dive into inner discovery. A journey that goes beyond the mat and physical practice. She believes that with intention and dedication, we can reconnect with the wisdom and peace that already reside within us.

Ingrid is a certified instructor in Ashtanga, Rocket, Hatha, MyoYin, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga. She is also an Amadeu Shamanic Reiki Master, crystal healer, sound healer, and a devoted student of Vedic chanting and Vedanta.
