Rocket is my first love! I’ve been exploring lots of different styles of yoga but I always come back to rocket due to the playfulness of the asana but also the respect to the lineage of yoga that is embedded into the practice. It always gives me the kick up the ass I need both physically and mentally!

I hope to share my love of rocket with my students as it is a practice suitable for all levels, not just handstand junkies!
