Nigel Ryan

I began my yoga teacher training journey in Rishikesh,  originally studying Hatha.  After a life changing experience,  I dedicated my spiritual practice to Buddhism and became a Mitra.  I found I still needed movement to compliment my meditation practice and come across Rocket yoga.

I did my Rocket trainings with Leon London and gone on to assist on his trainings.

Rocket compliments many aspects of Buddhism, with sangha being one of those I most identify with.

I’m still studying Buddhism,  but also have studied yoga Nidra and dream analysis.
