During studying a wide variety of art forms from films & writing to circus arts I was passionately looking for something bigger than myself. In my works I combine movement, rhythm, sounds and visuals while focusing on metaphysical questions and the expression of beauty, truth and goodness in order to connect people together. And one yoga found me. It felt like magic. And opened the door to the art of life. I gradually built up a daily practice which led me to India to study more and do my first teacher training. After returning to England I carried on learning more about the science, art and philosophy of yoga and how to integrate the eastern knowledge into the western lifestyle. I had a strong ashtanga based practice. Than rocket took me off the ground, light entered. I’ve found myself more and more in the state of flow. Meditation, moving or still became my medicine and I realised I’ve found it all I was looking for.
Amongst many many excellent eastern and western teachers I am hugely inspired by David Kyle, Marcus Veda, David Swenson, Claudia Dossena.
