Cristina Seco Evia Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle in Madrid 2025

Hello!

My name is Cris and I have started practising yoga five years and a half ago during the pandemic. For the first time in a long time I found something that helped me to feel motivated, connected and proud of myself. In a few months I knew I wanted to become a yoga teacher, therefore, in 2023 I did a 200Hr Hatha – Vinyasa yoga teacher training in Zentro Urban Yoga with Lorena Coutinho and Sarah Florance.

In my last years of practice I discovered Rocket yoga and felt encouraged to know more about it. For that, in September 2025 I did a 50Hr Rocket Vinyasa yoga teacher training.

I would like to teach my students to not compare themselves with others, as each student follows its own path, as well as, to understand the yoga as something deeper than the asana. Being able to focus and meditate while practising, will really make the difference.
