Being introduced to yoga as a teen fuelled an already present desire to move my body.

I then realised how vital the 8 limbed yoga practice was to my life, leading me further down a path of movement and self-inquiry.

My belief is that yoga works to heal both the body and the mind, peeling away the layers and allowing one to experience one’s own nature.

My classes are strongly focused around deep, long & nourishing breaths and about how the poses feel in the body. Always searching for sensation!

Rocket yoga for me is a practice responsible for building strength & flexibility in both body & mind.

Its a playful energetic sequence that gets you away from your thoughts and into your breath, helping build patience, resilience and self knowledge in your life off the mat.

Coming from a music inspired Rocket community, my classes are based around the beat, there as a metronome for your breath throughout, reminding you to BREATHE when the breath can so easily get lost! Big thanks to Marcus Veda for creating the 4 beat breath revolution!!!
