I started practicing Yoga at the age of 24 due to a 180 degree turn in my life. And from that moment the practice took a vital place in my being. After a few years I did my first training in Yoga, later I also got certified in Vinyasa and then I spent a long time deepening my practice, according to the Ashtanga lineage until I learned about the Rocket method where I took my first class with Mariana Cisneros and it took me to another dimension, from that moment on I did several trainings with this method. For me, Rocket Yoga was like “coming home” where I can share the practice from my essence with a lot of love and fun.
