I’m Nat, a woman who recently felt the need to reconnect with herself… and little by little, step by step, she has begun to do so through yoga.

And what a blessing it has been to have the path of yoga at this moment in my life!

I would like to begin sharing a little (or a lot) of what this path has given me. Love being a yogi in trainning.
