Dalia Yessen Escobedo Alvarez Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle at Miami Life Center 2025
Hi everyone,

My name is Dalia, and I would love to tell you a little bit of how my journey in yoga has been.

First a little personal information, I am married been with my husband for almost 25 yrs and we have two beautiful daughters age 4 and 17, they have always been my support system, as we know being a yoga teacher means early mornings, late nights and weekend workshops, could never be able to this without their support.

I am certified in Ashtanga RYT 200 HR and prenatal and postnatal yoga 75 HR.

There is a reason why my moto is movement is life, when I was 29 I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, back then my symptoms were really bad, I could barely hold my arms above my head, you can imagine the Dr’s had a field trip with me, I was too young to be going through this without any real background of any illness, I was an athlete growing up. Always healthy, Always active. Anyway, after my diagnosis my Dr recommended I take yoga or pilates, as we know many Dr’s have no idea what yoga is, but I am glad he made that recommendation,

Yoga has taught so any things, the first and most important is to be patient and believe in the process, nothing good happens over night, it is only through persistence and continuous work that we can become who we want.

In 2023 I gotmy first certification, Ashtanga. It was amazing, And Shiva Shala, which was where I got certified invited me to teach, I had been teaching for years, but never consistently in one place, and they opened their doors believed in me and I have grown so much as a student and an instructor.

In 2024 I was able to get certified as a Pre and postnatal instructor, having just had a baby I had continued with my practice during pregnancy and had lived the benefits of yoga firsthand, and felt the need to help other mommas to be, to create community, feel supported and find strenght and calmness within themselves.

This are like my ying and yang of teaching styles, I love teaching powerful classes with arm balances. Inversions and deep poses, but also love teaching soft, but not weak classes like prenatal, guiding them through movement by being in tune with their breath and their movements.

Hope to see you guys soon, you are more than welcome to assist any of my classes

Than, you so much for reading my story.
