Alexandra (NENA) Knafo

I discovered Yoga in Venezuela back in 2014 with my teacher and friend Pedro Luis Otero. I started going to his classes and we also went to an Ashtanga training together in Panama (2016), and then a training with David in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic (2017).

My teaching style has been mainly Power Vinyasa, I teach 200 and 300 Teacher Trainings with my own style and sequencing method, BUT I have been greatly influenced by Rocket.

I owned a yoga studio in Aventura, FL 2018-2024 and did several “Rocket Weeks” and students loved everything about it. I invited David to teach a training in the studio 2019, and also assisted him in another training in 2025 in MLC. Started teaching Rocket in MLC summer 2025 and feeling closer than ever to the energy of the sequence. I did the Advanced Rocket Training in Mexico March 2026 and now ready to keep expanding the style with my students.

David has been a huge inspiration for me. His practice, teachings and humanness are the kind of vibe I like to surround and nurture.
