Alessandra Saracino Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra 2025

I began practicing yoga in 2020. At first, I saw it purely as a physical practice, and I even thought there was a sort of unspoken competition in the room. I would glance around to see who was more flexible, stronger, or more graceful. But over time, something shifted. Yoga became so much more than shapes on a mat—it became a way of living. Now, I carry it with me in everything I do, especially off the mat. I feel it in my breath, in the way I think, in how I act and relate to the world around me.

I completed my first 50h Rocket yoga TT in 2025 with Ambra Vallo followed by another 50h TT with Beatrice Mezzanotte in 2026.

I immediately fell in love with Rocket Yoga. I discovered it to be a dynamic and creative practice that emphasizes breath, encourages unity, and creates a strong sense of connection—moving together almost like one shared heartbeat.

In my classes, I always begin with pranayama to prepare both body and mind, followed by a thorough warm-up—something I consider essential before moving into the Rocket sequences. I offer variations for each posture so the practice is accessible to everyone, honoring Rocket’s inclusive philosophy. My goal is for every student, regardless of level, to feel they can participate fully—challenging their limits while respecting their own rhythm. Above all, I want them to leave class feeling stronger, lighter, and more present than when they arrived.

Yoga has reshaped the way I live, breathe, and see the world. It has taught me patience, resilience, and presence in every moment. Rocket, in particular, has shown me the power of community, the courage to explore my limits, and the joy of moving and breathing as one. My mission as a teacher is to share that transformation with others: to help them discover stillness through movement, strength through breath, and connection through shared practice—both on and beyond the mat.
