Rocket / Ashtanga Teacher

I’m a passionate yoga teacher and practitioner based in Milan, Italy.

Graduated at Teatro Carcano in Milan I worked as a professional dancer for several years.

My yogi life started in 2015. In my first 3 years 500h YTT with Giovanni Formisano I learned the kriya yoga techniques and the foundations of hatha yoga practice.

I met the Rocket with Christiane Terrone and joined 3 Rocket YTTs with David Kyle, waiting for the next 2023 level 2 edition in Barcellona.

I’m a lover of Ashtanga practice as well, under the guide of such amazing teachers as Petri Raisanen, Ty Landrum, John Scott and Lino Miele.

I teach regular weekly classes in Milan;
and in collaboration with Giuseppe Panarello, assisting him in his TTs courses and retreats/workshops around Italy.

In my personal daily practice I combine the discipline of ashtanga (primary, intermediate, advanced A, approaching the Advanced B) and the freedom of playing with postures and transition that I find in the Rocket Sequences.
