Rocket / Ashtanga Teacher – Milan, Italy

I’m a passionate yoga teacher and lifelong mover based in Milan, Italy.

After graduating from Teatro Carcano, I spent several years working as a professional dancer before yoga completely changed my path.

My journey began in 2015 with a 500-hour YTT under Giovanni Formisano, where I explored Kriya Yoga, the foundations of Hatha practice and yoga philosophy.

In 2018 I discovered the Rocket — and it was love at first flight! Since then, I’ve completed six Rocket YTTs with David Kyle and continue to deepen my practice and teaching.

Alongside Rocket, I’m also devoted to the Ashtanga method, having studied with inspiring teachers such as Petri Räisänen, Ty Landrum, John Scott, and Lino Miele.

Today I teach both Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga in guided and Mysore-style classes at Solari Yoga Studio, my cozy space in the center of Milan — easy to reach and full of vibrant energy.

In my personal practice, I love blending the discipline of Ashtanga (from Primary to Advanced B) with the playful creativity of Rocket — a balance that keeps my practice alive, joyful, and evolving.

🪷 My teaching approach:
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all yoga. Every student has their own rhythm, story, and needs — and the practice should honor that. Whether I’m teaching Ashtanga, Rocket, or any other style, my goal is to create space for each person to explore, grow, and connect with their own body and breath. My classes are open-minded, non-dogmatic, and always centered on awareness rather than perfection.
