I am a traveler, passionate about art in all its forms and about yoga, the purest art form we can aspire to for the realization of the divine spark that dwells in all of us.

After 5 years in which I’ve experienced on myself the immense benefits of the practice, both physical and spiritual, in 2020 I strongly desired to pass them on to others by becoming a certified teacher RYT 250H PLUS, in Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama with Ambra Vallo.

After falling in love with  progressive Ashtanga vinyasa style, I decided to train in Rocket yoga, becoming first an Inspired Rocket teacher and then with a second training a Rocket teacher  (100h).

The love for rocket leads me and choose to continue training in this style, attending workshops and trainings whenever I get the chance

In addition to the Rocket, I am a teacher of Hatha Raja Vinyasa, Dharma inspired (Mark Kan TT), Prenatal Yoga and Himalayan Meditation of the Tantra – Vedanta tradition.

What I want to convey through my teachings is that with Yoga we can increase the awareness of ourselves in the world and that the practice on the mat, brought into all aspects of life, increases our energy frequency, improving everyday life. By practicing together, we will share the magic of working hard both physically and mentally, learning to make the most of every situation and letting go of all that we don’t need.
