Rocket Vinyasa Training & Yoga Background

I recently completed a 50-hour Rocket Ashtanga Vinyasa training with David Kyle in Mexico City at Blanco Yoga in March 2026. This immersive training deepened my understanding of the dynamic and playful Rocket system, rooted in the Ashtanga tradition while encouraging creativity, freedom, and exploration within the practice.

I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance International, trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at Krama Yoga under the guidance of Esteban Salazar, graduating in 2023.

Continuing my studies, I completed Prana Vinyasa Flow trainings with Shiva Rea at Amma Yoga Studio in 2024. That same year, I traveled to India with Esteban Salazar and Krama Yoga to connect more deeply with the roots and traditions of yoga.

My teaching path also includes an Ashtanga Yoga retreat with Eduardo Mateo in Puerto Escondido (2024), Progressive Flow studies with Marcelino “Madox Mandala” in Monterrey (2024), the Body Wisdom program by Lissie Felisse Mandala (certified by Yoga Alliance International), and Level 1 training in the Wim Hof Method with Lety Lozano in Monterrey (2024).

Currently, I teach Vinyasa Flow and meditation at OUM, Arboleda, and Muna on Calzada San Pedro in San Pedro Garza García.

My approach to yoga is rooted in the intention of cultivating Santosha—the practice of contentment—guiding students to connect inward, explore with curiosity, and find balance between effort and ease.
