Leslie Semet Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle in Barcelona 2025

I started my Rocket Yoga journey 10 years ago as a student in Brussels. 4 years ago, I moved and where I live now Rocket doesn’t exist. 3 years ago, I started to think to teach and spread this amazing practise.

I like the meditative flow of the Rocket, the mix with challenge poses and how the body can change, adapt, and become so strong no matters your age when you decided to start this journey. After that you will discover so much more that only a “sportive” practice. That’s the power of yoga.
