I was born in Lisbon and grew up trying every sport I could find. I loved to move, but the moment things got competitive, I’d check out. The feeling that I would have to become the best at something gave me anxiety.

So when I found yoga, I quickly got hooked. I walked into a vinyasa class thinking I’d just stretch but soon realized how wrong I was. Yoga was no competition, it was a way to connect with myself.

And then came Rocket. I stumbled into a class with Adam in a tiny studio in Marbella, and I instantly knew: this practice was different. A year later, I trained with David Kyle in Madrid, and since then Rocket’s been home.

As a teacher, I bring a playful, down-to-earth vibe to my classes. Expect creative sequences, space to explore nversions, and lots of encouragement to break the rules and more in a way that feels good to you. I’m here to challenge you, support you, and remind you that this practice isn’t about perfection but about exploration, breath and connection <3
