Hello beautiful people, my name is Vicky.

The moment I knew there was no turning back on this yogic quest, I was halfway through a Rocket class making my way into utthita parsvakonasana (extended side-angle), my body expanding into the inhalation and I begin to feel this deep sense of euphoria stir within me. By the time I got to downward facing dog I was completely yoga-drunk 😉

I have completed 300 Hrs of trainings, 100 of which in Rocket (more hours to come I am sure), the practice that currently holds my heart. The creativity, energy and progressive culture of the practice and community is magnetic and one that resonates with me and the yoga-legacy I want to leave.
