I started practicing Ashtanga Yoga when I was 20 years old, seeking to incorporate its discipline and structure into my personal practice. During the pandemic, I completed my first Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, which deepened my philosophical insights and led me to travel to Rishikesh, where I completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga TTC.
I then spent six months in Kerala, India, practicing under Vijith Pavith, a dedicated student of Guru Sharat Jois. My time in India profoundly shaped my understanding of yoga, both physically and spiritually.
Seeking further knowledge, I traveled to the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas to study Vedanta allowing me to stay deeply connected to the yoga community.
My love for Ashtanga Yoga and the friendships I’ve built in the community naturally led me to Rocket Yoga. I started practicing in 2022, and in 2024, I completed my first 50-hour Rocket Yoga training. I am deeply passionate about both Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga, and I love sharing this practice with others.
