Hi!

I’m Jasmine – passionate about all things movement. I was introduced to yoga over 10 years ago as a way to compliment my demanding contemporary dance training. Yoga is now a fundamental part of my life, bringing benefits way beyond the physical. In my classes I impart my deep understanding of correct alignment and functional movement with dynamic and challenging sequencing, and I’m passionate about helping people to cultivate the deep internal awareness that yoga practice can bring.

I’m a 500HR Yoga Alliance accredited Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Teacher (Joga yoga Bali 2023 & YogaGau 2025) and a 100HR Rocket® Teacher.
