I discovered Rocket when I moved to London in 2015 and loved the playful nature of the Ashtanga based practice. I’ve practiced Ashtanga since 2009 and have been teaching since 2012. I’ve completed 2 Rocket TTs with David Kyle and now teach Rocket around London, I love the sense of fun community Rocket brings to the practice!
