Giulia Giardi Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Florence 2025

I studied Rocket Yoga in a training with Ambra Vallo in Rome in November
2023. Ambra is a source of inspiration. Her teachings always honour the
masters while inviting you to make the practice your own, creating your
own creative space.

I started practising Rocket regularly and teaching it in my studio in
Prato. Practicing made my body stronger and my mind more focused.

Then I attended to another training, still with Ambra Vallo, in October
2025 in Florence. The new course confirmed my love for this style, for
its ability to give you a solid foundation while at the same time making
you feel free and creative within the sequences.

I continue to teach yoga in my studio, and my small Rocket class grows
every day in commitment and dedication. My students try to
challenge their limits while respecting their bodies.
