Teaching Philosophy

I meet Rocket Yoga thanks to Ambra Vallo and Christiane Terrone, and it was love at the first sight! As a Vinyasa Teacher i was looking for a style more dynamic and intense, but i found love, respect for different bodies, challenging pratices! so i realized my dream of having a Rocket Teacher Training in october 2025 with the wonderfull Ambra Vallo in Florence!

Teaching Rocket Yoga is, for me, an act of sharing and freedom. It’s the meeting point between strength and lightness, between discipline and play. I love this practice because it invites everyone — no matter their level — to move, breathe, and discover new possibilities within themselves. Rocket Yoga is fast, joyful, and transformative: it challenges you, supports you, and teaches you to believe in your own potential. It’s a journey that strengthens the body, trains the mind, and opens the heart
