Giulia Gastaldi Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Florence 2025

Nice to meet you everyone, my first rocket yoga class was in 2020, and I fall in love with the practice, and my teacher Ambra Vallo was guiding me in the best way I could have asked.

It was chaos, all was new for me and was quite fast and even my body was stiff and not strong enough,i was falling,sweating and smiling.

And I Made it, an it was beautiful.

Rocket yoga for me is a sacred space, where you can create strenght and lightness, it’s a space of true love, meditation but also fun.

By practicing day by day all that chaos was getting clear, like polishing a diamond, clearing my mind and my spirit.

The philosophy of Larry Shultz is simple but deep and sincere and that’s why I FEEL IT.

I started practicing Ashtanga while I was travelling, and in 2023 i get the 200hours certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. In 2024 i did my first 50hrs Rocket yoga TT with David Kyle, and in 2025 50hrs with Ambra Vallo.

I keep practicing, exploring, and I finally started sharing the love for the practice and for the world during my classes.
