Yoga is where the search comes to an end, where the madness of the mind can be stilled.
When the mind wants to understand, believes it understands, or fails to understand, the practice of yoga urges us to respond in the same way: to observe more deeply. Simply observe.
The breath is the densest part of the mind, and so through observing the breath, the starting point and the destination become one.
Observe the breath to observe the mind.
Observe until emptiness is revealed.
Then the seeker and the object sought dissolve and the experience remains.
The practice of life itself.
This is my mission: freeing the mind, opening the heart, burning the soul.
