Silvia Ghigliazza
Silvia Ghigliazza Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Florence 2025
Hi! I’m Silvia, a yoga teacher from Savona, Italy.
For years I’ve been teaching Anandamaya Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha, but honestly… yoga has never just been something I “teach” — it’s been my lifeline, my anchor, and eventually my launchpad.
When I first stepped on the mat, I had no idea where I was going — I just knew I needed a revolution, something to bring peace to my heart and soul. Step by step, breath after breath, yoga became my home, my constant teacher, and my daily reminder to stay curious, humble, and full of wonder.
Then came Rocket Yoga — by pure chance (or maybe fate with a sense of humor). It was new, wild, and challenging… and I loved it instantly. Learning its story, philosophy, and diving into the practice felt like discovering a new galaxy within myself.
Even knowing my physical limits, I reminded myself — just as I remind my students — that yoga is not a competition or a quest for the most “Instagrammable” pose.
Yoga is an ever-expanding universe, open to anyone who’s willing to explore, breathe, fall, rise, and fall in love with the journey itself.
So, I packed my emotional suitcase and joined the 50-hour Rocket Yoga training with the amazing Ambra Vallo at Moodra in Florence.
Those five days were absolutely unforgettable — I met incredible, inspiring people, shared small victories, admired grace and strength… and most importantly, I had the honor of learning from Ambra.
Ambra Vallo is pure light — a woman of extraordinary skill, experience, and depth of knowledge, who teaches with a rare blend of discipline, passion, and humanity.
Her energy fills the room, her wisdom grounds you, and her kindness lifts you higher than you thought you could go.
In her classes, you don’t just move — you transform. You feel strong, seen, and empowered.
Through her guidance, I learned that I am so much stronger than I think — and I’ll never stop challenging my limits (without ever limiting my challenges), just as Larry Schultz taught us.
This training lit a fire in me — to keep learning, keep growing, and share this joy, love, and enthusiasm for life with as many people as possible.
I believe yoga doesn’t end when you roll up the mat — it continues in the way you live, love, and show gratitude every single day.
Sure, there will be “off” days — but I’ll always try to find that spark inside that can turn everything around.
And no matter what… I’ll keep sharing it all with a smile — a small accessory, but one with incredible power.
✨ “Breathe deep, defy gravity, and smile — it’s your inner revolution.
