Taylor found yoga after serious injury left her unable to perform her usual exercise routine. By integrating yoga with her knowledge as a psychologist she hopes to bring yoga to those who need it most. Taylor focuses on anatomy, sequencing, and creative ways to approach postures. She studies the body and the mindset of the practitioner and meets them where they are on their mat to develop a practice designed specifically for the individual. Her classes are fun, challenging, and may include anything from guided meditation, to handstands, to bad jokes.
