Stephen has taught vinyasa for eight years and over 1,000 hours, offering a practice that is strong, steady, and intentionally grounded. His classes focus on breath, functional strength, experimentation, and mindful transitions, inviting students to move with presence and play.

With a background in movement neuroscience and somatic inquiry, Stephen sees yoga as a space to reconnect with the body’s intelligence. He blends thoughtful sequencing, rhythm, and embodied awareness to create practices that support physical resilience, mental clarity, and an attitude of curiosity.

Stephen’s intention is simple: help students develop a practice that feels honest, sustainable, and empowering, whether they are building strength, cultivating balance, or learning to listen more deeply and discover more about themselves.
