Hi everyone

I’m Darami, mother of 2; my firstborn Matteo and my beloved studio Shiva Shala at Tijuana.

I am a RYT 200 HR with a variety of additional trainigs in: Breathwork, Aerial yoga, Nadi Sodhana and recently in Rocket.

Yoga has been a path of profound revelation for me.

When Chikitsa came into my life my whole perspective of the world changed. After that I knew this was more than a profession, although I barely understood what yoga was about, I realized it was my life.

I found my self through Ashtanga Yoga, and afterwards I devoted my practice to share with others the possibility this path offers.

I know leading a class & guiding others into a practice you’ve already been through and feel you’re kind of ‘ahead of’ is major goal, but standing in the middle of the room, between every single one of my students and realize I’m still the one learning is my favorite thing of all.
