Jesus Amador
Rocket Vinyasa Diploma Tijuana 2026 with Mark
I practice yoga every day through intentional movement, steady breath, and moments of quiet reflection. Some days it’s a full practice; other days it’s simply choosing awareness in how I move, speak, and show up. It reminds me to breathe, to soften, and to meet myself exactly where I am.
My practice is shaped by the discipline of Ashtanga, the devotional heart of Dharma Yoga, and the playful strength and freedom of Rocket Yoga. Ashtanga taught me consistency and tapas; Dharma taught me humility, compassion, and the importance of service; Rocket taught me to explore, adapt, and trust my own creativity. Together, they form a practice that is structured yet fluid, disciplined yet joyful.
At the core of my teaching is yoga philosophy—the belief that practice is not just what happens on the mat, but how we live. I try to embody the yamas and niyamas in daily life, to move with awareness, to breathe with intention, and to cultivate presence in every moment. Yoga, for me, is a lifelong path of learning, unlearning, and returning to the self.
