Hi everyone!   As a Bay Area native I had the opportunity to start taking classes in the early 90’s as an elective in college.  What  I discovered was a lifetime love of the practice that’s aligned my life in a way  that keeps me fearless, strong and  more  peacefully connected.    There are no mistakes! 10 years after starting Yoga, I was in a car accident that resulted in a broken back.  The mindfulness practice of yoga, along with the profound healing that resulted from my consistent practice led me to become a teacher, to share  thee transformational benefits of the practice with you!   I’ve now been teaching,  what I love,  for 11 years.  I believe our  greatest awaking  is crowned by our deepest challenges.  My teaching style is creative, playful and thought provoking.

I call my style  “ancient ways with a modern twist”. Most classes consist of  centering  meditations,  sound  healing, aromatherapy, yoga philosophy, crystal healing and music that resonates.  I believe in always being a student and I’m a junky for solid training which has given me tools to support my students.    I’m  a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and trained with the Rocket Man himself, Larry Shultz and Marie Shultz through It’s Yoga SF.  I’m also a Certified Rocket® Vinyasa teacher and trained directly with  David Kyle.  Over the year I’ve collected thousands of hours of training.  My   500-ERYT certification is through  Yoga Tree SF,  I consistently attend  workshops with a variety of inspiring peers.

I’m also a Holistic Massage Therapist, Health Educator, Licensed Esthetician, Reiki guide, Sound Healer who’s currently working towards becoming a Somatic Trauma Therapist.  My philosophy is to come as you are, play, breath and release what’s not serving you or anyone else.
