Infinity Yoga

🚀 Rocket Yoga Bio – Infinity Breath, Infinite Possibility

Before I found yoga, I lived in a body I could not trust—chronic pain, physical limitations, and years of survival mode left me feeling disconnected and defeated. I had never practiced movement—not because I didn’t want to, but because I couldn’t. Everything changed in late 2024 when I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time.

What began as a quiet attempt to heal became a radical return to myself. In the structure of Ashtanga and the liberating evolution of Rocket Yoga, I discovered not only physical strength, but also breath, freedom, and soul. Under the guidance of David Kyle and the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa system, I learned that yoga is not just a practice—it’s a lifeline. And breath is not just a technique—it’s remembrance, empowerment, and soul in motion.

I came to Rocket Yoga not as an athlete, but as a survivor. And that is what I now offer as a teacher: lived experience, empathy, and the unwavering belief that it’s never too late to begin again. My classes are rooted in compassion, breath awareness, and permission to explore—with equal parts discipline and play. Whether working through pain, rediscovering movement, or seeking deeper freedom, I am here to support your journey with steadiness and care.

Rocket Yoga taught me that there is no need to wait for the “perfect body” or “perfect time.” The power is in the breath. The time is now. You are already enough.

Welcome to the practice. Welcome home.
