Born as a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher, I stepped into Rocket years ago and I finally started my journey as a Rocket Teacher…

I started practising yoga in 2012 since then I never stopped, she was always looking for different yoga studios to try while living around, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Chili, and now Italy.
I studied in Milan with Max Gandossi and Silvia Romani, 500H of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, and then I completed 100H with David Kyle of Rocket Yoga.

At the moment I teach Rocket, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga in different studios around Verona and online as well.

Facilitating yoga retreats in Italy and abroad, as I love to travel, I always try to create balance between yoga practice and adventure in nature, letting people connect with their bodies and minds, and going outside their comfort zone.

I facilitate also sound bath meditations and arm-balance workshops.
