Simo

Born in Rome, she grew up in an artistic gymnastic studio, her great passion, where she recently returned to training. It approaches other sports such as windsurfing, horse riding, skiing, swimming. In 2018 she began her yoga journey, and certified as Teacher RYT 500 Plus Advanced  under Leading Teacher Ambra Vallo. In 2023 she reached 150h as Rocket Teacher level 1. Her classes are dynamic and intense
