Britt Lake

Britt began her yoga journey as a way to complement marathon and triathlon training. She soon saw how yoga not only helped prevent injury, but also provided balance to her life off the mat. After more than a decade of practice, Britt completed her 200-hour Power Vinyasa training with Mimi Rieger and an additional 120-hour Rocket training with David Kyle as a way to deepen her own practice and help others experience the joy that yoga can bring to their lives. Her style is playful, strong, and welcoming. You can expect a fun playlist and lots of encouragement.
