Aimee Garcia-Marshall

Aimée has escalated her yoga journey over recent years. From opening her very own yoga studio – Yoga Collective, qualifying as a Senior Yoga Teacher and being certified as a Yoga Teacher Trainer Pro with Yoga Alliance UK.

Her Rocket journey start back in 2013 whilst doing her YTT 200hr. She soon found a love for the Rocket practicing under Marcus Veda. Aimée wanted to learn more about the Rocket and purchased ‘It’s Yoga International’ DVD’s lead by founder of Rocket, Larry Schultz and his wife Maria Russel. She used these to further her understanding on how Larry and Maria lead their Rocket classes.

Today Aimée is dedicated to evolving her own Rocket practice under the guidance of David Kyle and Ambra Vallo. It’s from her experience she’s able to share her learnings and knowledge of the practice of the Rocket system with all of her students. Aimée makes her Rocket classes accessible to all and loves sharing tips and tricks to help her students explore their full potential.

As Larry said ‘The mission of It’s Yoga is to share the love of the practice’.

Aimée’s own creative flair and passion shines through in her teachings both on and off the mat. She continues to go by the mantra ‘if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you’; reminding students to change their mindset from ‘I can’t’ into ‘I can’!
