I started my journey in the world of wellness and health with individual naturopathy treatment plans, using holistic treatments to help my clients feel better.

Then in 2004 I totally fell in love with yoga, at first Power yoga followed by Hatha, till I became a Bhakta of devotion and prayer. It’s been an amazing and inspiring journey from Italy to India, from Ayurveda to Yogatherapy. Different style mash-up and become my practice.
