I’m Laurie, a Rocket Inspired yoga teacher! I’ve been teaching yoga for the past 10 years, and in recent years found the Rocket practice. I love the challenge and playfulness that comes from Rocket. Most of all I’m drawn to the message of what becomes possible when I practice Rocket yoga. Time and time again the Rocket practice has taken me beyond where I thought I was capable. This gift also inspires me off of my mat—-> to live my life beyond where it is comfortable. It is in this place of discomfort and challenge that the best shifts take place. I guide my students and clients leading from the same perspective of challenge, playfulness, and dedication that infuses my own practice.
