Helen Downey

I am a Rocket Yoga teacher based in Liverpool and Cheshire, where I have built a vibrant Rocket community that I love seeing grow over the years and met so many amazing people and made long lasting friendships!

I have completed Six, 50hr Rocket YTTCs with David Kyle, Leon London and Lita Sattva; each one inspiring me to keep learning and evolving as both teacher and always a student!

Rocket has also given me the chance to travel and connect with yogis all around the world and be part of a beautiful community!

Closer to home I feel honoured to host Rocket trainings in Liverpool with Leon London.

November (10th–14th) Leon will be back for his 3rd training in Liverpool — and the community just keeps growing 🙏
