Jitske Van Den Bosch Rocket Vinyasa Certification with David Kyle in Madrid 2025

The yoga journey began in my thirties, leading to my first teacher certification in 2016. My initial focus was on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, along with teaching children, and I have continued to deepen my practice through advanced trainings. A strong passion for Yin Yoga inspired me to complete three Yin teacher trainings, totaling 185 hours. In 2024, I enrolled in a specialized 100-hour course on hand, arm, and head balance poses, which introduced me to Rocket Yoga and motivated me to explore this style further. I love teaching and showing people that they are much more capable than they often believe.
