Rebecca is a compassionate and playful yoga teacher whose classes invite students to explore strength, curiosity, and joy. She trained in Vinyasa Yoga with Michelle Young before completing her Rocket Yoga training with David Kyle, blending both lineages through creative detours and empowering transitions that create space for discovery while honouring the tradition of The Rocket.

Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is both a celebration and an exploration of what’s possible physically, mentally, and emotionally. Students can expect dynamic flows that build heat and focus while leaving space for laughter and play. Rebecca’s classes encourage everyone to surprise themselves, to meet challenge with kindness, and to leave feeling grounded, strong, and inspired.
