Ricardo Urzua Ariza

I come from the world of physics & engineering, after several years of personal practice, I decided to dive deeper and began my 200-hour Ashtanga YTT certification in Tijuana with Darami Gonzalez (Shiva Shala) and Miriam Torres (Yoga Shala). There, I found a community that welcomed me with open arms and has walked beside me ever since.

This year, I expanded my journey completing the 50-hour Rocket Vinyasa YTT in Miami Life Center with David Kyle — an experience that sparked even more curiosity in me.

Today, I continue to share and support others as they move through their own process of self-discovery, breath by breath, posture by posture, through the practice of Ashtanga & Rocket Yoga.
