Isabel Wellniak Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Certification Milan 2025

I’m Isabel from Munich, and I discovered my love for yoga 15 years ago in Bali. Since then, I’ve continued to return to Bali for 3–5 months each year to deepen my practice — especially Rocket Yoga with the amazing Caterina at Mission Flow. Back in Munich, I love practicing with wonderful Filipa.

Inspired by this practice and community, I now teach Rocket-inspired yoga classes twice a week in Munich.

I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training in Bali, followed by two 50-hour Rocket Yoga Teacher Trainings with David Kyle — the first in October 2025 in Milan and the second in May 2026 in Munich. Both trainings were deeply inspiring and remain among the most inspiring experiences of my yoga journey.

For me, Rocket Yoga is about much more than the physical practice. What makes it truly special is the incredible community. The people are inspiring, supportive, and welcoming. I love how Rocket Yoga teachers and students share a similar passion for living life with purpose, curiosity, and connection. Jai ♥
